Login FAQs

Use a Portal Key to create your login:

If you received a Portal Key email from us, click the "Sign Up" link at the bottom of this page. Input the Portal Key and Account number we emailed you along with your contact information and a password. 

If you do not have a Portal Key:

Click the "Sign Up" link at the bottom of this page, then use the "Don't have an account number or registration key" link in the middle of the page to request a new Portal Key. Our customer support team will receive your request, match your information to a unit, and generate a new key. We will reach out if additional information is required.

To reset your password:

Use the "Forgot your login" link below the password field. Enter your email and click the "Reset password" button. You will receive a password reset email. Please be aware this may take up to 15 minutes to arrive in your inbox.
